All repairs, installations, materials and work outside the plan are quoted separately. Plans are subject to the property’s location and characteristics.

An update after every visit

You receive a digital report with photographs and direct communication about the condition observed. Any issues identified are brought to your attention. Comprehensive Care also includes follow-up and basic coordination of work you have authorised.

Service scope and separately quoted work

Visits are periodic and scheduled. The service does not provide continuous monitoring, private security or a 24-hour emergency response.
Visual and basic functional checks cannot guarantee that every issue will be detected or eliminate the risks associated with an unoccupied property.
Repairs, installations, materials and work outside the plan require a separate quotation and prior approval. Plans do not include free repairs, credits or free annual arrival preparation or closing-up visits.
Service availability and plan suitability are confirmed according to the property’s characteristics and location. Unlimited free travel is not offered.

Additional help, tailored to your home

We can also help prepare your property before you arrive, close it up after your stay and coordinate other services you may need. Each request is assessed individually.

Available on request: arrival preparation, closing up after a stay, cleaning coordination, receiving deliveries, shopping, one-off errands and other property-related needs. Each service is assessed and quoted separately.

Practical expertise when you need it

Any repair or installation is assessed separately. Appropriate work is carried out with prior approval and an agreed quotation, drawing on professional installation and maintenance experience.

Before you sign up, you will receive the agreed scope, specific terms and applicable pre-contract information. The service will be formalised through a separate contract, a property information sheet and the necessary authorisations.
